SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

-   Orders will be shipped out via USPS within 5-10 business days.

-   Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

-   International shipping is not available at this time.

-  Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.

-   If we receive an order that was shipped back due to a wrong address entered, you will be responsible for the additional cost to reship the item

-  If your package is lost in transit please email us at lizaelae@gmail.com, so we can file a claim for the package. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

-  We are not responsible for stolen packages and CANNOT issue a refund if the carrier confirms delivery.

-  We are NOT responsible for delays caused by the mail carrier and will not refund shipping charges if USPS their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items do not arrive on time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy:


-  Online purchases are eligible for a FULL REFUND (minus shipping costs) if returned within 14 business days of purchase date. 
-    Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
-  Items eligible for a full refund must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors/stains, no deodorant, make-up, or alterations
-    Must be returned in original packaging with tag still attached
-    Sale/Discount Code items are NOT eligible for a refund
-    If you are making a return from two separate orders then they must be returned separately. 

-    We do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions:

-    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

-   Ship your item to: LizaElae Boutique, P.O. BOX 8025 LYNCHBURG, TN 37352

-   Include the packing slip and original packaging with your return. 

-   Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment with the shipping fees deducted.

Damaged Items:

-   We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases; therefore, any damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. 
-    Please email us at lizaelae@gmail.com and send pictures of the damaged items
-  Slight color differences from pictures online vs. in person due to photography is NOT damaged
